Thomas is In charge of the Corporate Finance and Tax Advice services. He has more than 35 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, technology, human resources and accounting and 23 years of corporate experience, CFO of Florida Ice & Farm Co. and Regional Manager of Coca-Cola Interamerican.
Thomas was Member of the Board of Directors of the National Stock Exchange,President of the Chamber of Public Issuers of Costa Rica and Executive Coach, member of the ICF.

Knowledge in multiple corporate areas, with ample experience in organizational re-structuring, mergers, acquisitions, corporate legal issues, tax strategies, financial and business strategies.

Served for 17 years, as CFO for Florida Ice and Farm Co. (FIFCO – a publicly listed company in Costa Rica), which during this period increased revenue from US$90M to US$1,145M, and led 10 M&A processes totaling over $850M. Was the primary contact with shareholders and regulatory agencies.
