
Gabriel brings over 35 years of experience in Marketing, advertising and sales by helping small to medium size companies create and implement increased annual sales and successful marketing plans, advising on advertising lines of publicity and matters related to sales improvement within the organization, while training the sales force in many different areas including but not limited to Customer Service and Solving Conflicts with customers.
As the then Project Manager/ Sales Manager for the RadioTrak division (GPS for vehicles/fleets) and their Call Center in San Jose, Costa Rica, he was responsible for developing sales and customer service associates, among other responsibilities was the handling of the advertising and marketing budget for the different divisions of the company, handling the financial and operative affairs of the agency and the strategic planning for their clients and the organization itself.
