Santiago Martínez is a dynamic professional; Oriented to meet objectives based on a solid academic background -graphic and industrial design at the University of the Americas (Laureate International Universities)- refined business training for several years in challenging roles with creative sales-based organizations.

In his professional beginnings, Santiago opened a design studio called WTF COMUNICACIÓN, as part of a creative team of art directors. He was tasked with assessing client needs to develop a variety of graphic content; among them the one corresponding to the launch of soft drinks from the Orangine account. Shortly after, he was hired by GRUPO MARATHON; multinational focused on the sale of sports equipment. Through the administrative work carried out in “Marathon Sports” he gained experience in negotiations, benefit monitoring, sales, inventory control, updating and portfolio monitoring. He also had among his responsibilities the review of promotional campaigns.

At Marathon Sports Santiago, he implemented a new and efficient order registration system that saved a lot of time in the firm’s internal process, resulting in a 12% increase in sales during the most difficult months of the year. He also participated in the design of the fall 2016 advertising campaign for the “New Balance” sports line.

At the same time, Santiago, as a partner of Noubasports Lab, designed a large part of the graphic identity of that company, as well as the corresponding sportswear division. He also led negotiations with renowned global brands such as Reebok (Latam) and Nike.
